Chimney Hills Residents, It has been brought to our attention that a Blue Infiniti SUV displaying license plate VJS-6441 has been parked overnight in the community pool parking area.

It has been brought to our attention that a Blue Infiniti SUV displaying license plate VJS-6441 has been parked overnight in the community pool parking area.
If you are able to identify the owner or tenant associated with this vehicle, please advise them that the vehicle must be removed immediately. If it remains in the pool parking area, it may be subject to towing within 24 hours.
Please note that overnight parking is not permitted in the pool parking lot. We are working to ensure that the parking area remains available for Chimney Hills residents and to prevent unauthorized use by non-residents or individuals from neighboring communities.
